X Factor got a little surprise from CHER LLOYD this evening as she hit the stage in a pair of cut-up jeans and some hot lil black boots. The 16-year old did her own take of KERI HILSON‘s version of SOULJA BOYs “TURN MY SWAG ON” and blew both the audience and the judges away.
Good on her!
My thoughts though? I think she is okay. Her voice is good. A stylist and a dance choreographer are in order but the kid has definitely got some potential!
Six people died in a violent fire which is believed to have been started by two men who robbed the Campus Trendz store in Tudor Street, Bridgetown Barbados.
According to Nation News, 18-year old Shanna Griffith, an employee of the store, died in the ambulance on her way to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. It is believed that five other females including a toddler perished in the fire.
it was also reported that a female supervisor needed to be treated at the scene for several cutlass wounds, believed to have been inflicted by one of the robbers.
“According to police, the two robbers, in view of shocked customers, threw an incendiary device into Campus Trendz just before 7 p.m., after taking an undisclosed amount of cash.”
