Former winner of X-FACTOR, ALEXANDRA BURKE, recently appeared on T4′s Christmas Show on 27th December. Alexandra talks about her life since she won the show in 2008, her new album and wanting to do a duet with CHERYL COLE.

Girlband, SOPHIA FRESH, signed to Atlantic Records, has come together with T.I to produce their new song “NEVER LEAVE YOU“. This song has been leaked so it hasn’t been mastered nor completed.

On a recent program of 60 MINUTES, a small group of extreme sportsmen wearing specially made wing-suits have come together to call themselves BIRDMEN. These guys have tried to recreate what it is like to fly like a bird with their new wing-suits.
This is crazy…. They actually look like they are flying!
UK boy band ,FDM, formally known as “FUNDAMENTAL” signed to Ne-Yo’s Atlanta based Compound Entertainment, have released some behind-the-scenes footage of a previous soundcheck from this month.
The boys talk about some of the issues that they come across as musicians when preparing for shows.

The 5th Anniversary of The BARBADOS MUSIC AWARDS is set to showcase some of the biggest rising artists including JAICKO LAWRENCE, LIVVI FRANC and international star, FANTASIA. The award ceremony will pay a special tribute to the late KING OF POP, MICHAEL JACKSON.
The event is being hosted by Gold Coast Records at the Sir Garfield Sobers Gymnasium on January 10th 2010.
Nominees include international superstar Rihanna, Shontelle, Edwin Yearwood, Ayana John, Livvi Franc, Jaicko, Alison Hinds, Blood, Kirk Brown ft Tejay and Justin King and many more.

I am not a FUNKY HOUSE lover but I do like this song, “GO” by rising UK artist, MELEKA.
My thoughts on the video?
Well…. The concept behind the video was good and the location for the video suited the story. Some of the shots, particularly the vehicle shots, were a bit amateur but the majority was done well.
Meleka’s make-up in the car scene was distracting. She is an attractive girl and I do not think that the make-up for that scene complimented her very well.
Loving the twist at the end of the video though…
All in all its not bad… All the best to MELEKA in the future!
